The Minister of Information and Culture, Lai Mohammed, has alleged that opposition parties have hatched out a plan to discredit the outcome of the February 16 presidential election if President Buhari who is the APC Presiential candidate, wins the election. Speaking at a press conference in Abuja today February 4th, Lai Mohammed said opposition parties have planned to send a 10-member delegation to some foreign countries to sell the idea that the Buhari-led government will not hold credible elections. Mohammed said the government and Nigerians must not allow those he described as “desperate politicians ” to scuttle the nation’s democracy.
